2026 Gretchen Ross Legacy Teacher Mini-Grant Application

Fund Your Classroom Ideas — Apply for a $500 Teacher Mini-Grant

The Rotary Club of Belmont & Redwood Shores is awarding $500 grants to support innovative teaching projects in local schools.

Now in its 13th year, this program has proudly funded impactful ideas across Belmont and Redwood Shores schools. Thanks to our community fundraising efforts, we are excited to award 20 grants of $500 each — totaling $10,000 in funding this year.

All applications will be reviewed by a committee of Rotarians, who will select recipients based on creativity, impact, and educational value. Grant recipients will be recognized at our annual Education Night, a special event celebrating both Mini-Grant winners and college scholarship recipients.

If selected, we kindly ask that you and your school principal attend this inspiring evening.

Please take a moment to fill out the application form below.

Winners are selected based on:

  • Impact on students

  • Creativity or innovation

  • Clear use of funds

Applications must be submitted no later than midnight on Friday, April 10, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Thanks for submitting!
